Luke even custom-made 8 dining chairs for us that were perfect replicas of Restoration Hardware designs. Throughout the entire process, he kept us informed with updates, providing leather and color options, suggesting adjustments to the seat or height for our needs, and was always receptive to any feedback we offered. As this was my first time buying on Alibaba, I was initially skeptical and worried about being scammed. However, those fears were unfounded. We received exactly what we wanted at a fraction of the price we would have paid at Restoration Hardware. Our family will definitely continue to buy from Luke and this company in the future.
